They are driving by your store and then looking you up online before they get home. Is your site prepared for that? One of the first fixes to your site could be to simply add your phone number to your site. Your business phone number needs to be visible and prominent. The phone number is not so much about making it so people can contact you, but so that they know they can contact you. They need to know you are a legitimate business. The quicker your site loads the better. For two reasons. One is that your customer is more likely to stick around and two it will increase what Google can crawl. Slow sites limit Google. Google only has one crawling speed. So if it takes too long to load your page won’t be indexed.
