Outdoor submission challenge Flyer

I do my best to support the Jiu Jitsu community. Especially in Spokane. And especially since Covid.

The kids have had nothing to do for a year. No competitions. No training. We really need this, so when I was asked to produce the logo and the flyer for the event I jumped at the chance. Absolutely!!

Goals:

The theme for the event is outdoors. This means making the flyer and the logo appear appropriate for the outdoors. I chose an indie look to the design and mixed it with an outdoor feel including a nice topographical map in the background as well as duct taped polaroids that reflect how one might feel after traveling.

I even added the coffee mug stain to further that traveling feel.
