Washington Water Power
The Washington Water Power building was built in 1927 and is one of the only buildings in Spokane that blends well with the surrounding architecture.
The building features an elevator and a rooftop garden, which are both popular attractions for locals and tourists alike.
In addition to its grandiose design, the building is also known for its unique location. It sits on the corner of Second Avenue and Washington Street, directly across from City Hall and within walking distance of beautiful parks like The Spokane Falls, which offers gorgeous views of the city skyline.
The Washington Water Power building is an iconic piece of Spokane history. You will find lots of pictures of the building if you Google Spokane.
